You can't lead a soft drink revolution alone. Every day, the team at Dripl works to reinvent the soft drink industry by providing offices with vending machines with sparkling drinks that are good for our bodies and the planet. Our finadmin colleague Kristy is also proudly fighting with Dripl against disposable plastic.

Her strongest weapon in combat? A fresh perspective and structured planning. For the past few months, we have been supporting the Driplers with the following tasks:

• Every time a company or office has ordered a Dripl Refill Point, Kristy provides the necessary administration for the devices and billing to customers.
• She communicates with Dripl customers about the agreements, billing and administration associated with a Refill Point.
• She also invoices webshop orders, consumer orders and vending machines.
• From her finadmin point of view together with other Driplers, she reviewed the CRM system. The goal? Optimise the process from start to finish in order to get the Refill Point up & running with the customer as quickly as possible.
• Furthermore, Kristy also acts as a point of contact for all things HR. When employees have practical questions about vacation days, for example, they can always come to her. By the way, Kristy is also responsible for the payroll, helps with expenses and prepares for the onboarding of new Driplers.
  

The result of this collaboration? When the water was on Dripl's lips, we were able to unburden the company in terms of daily administrative, financial and HR-related tasks and improve certain processes. In the first months at Dripl, we already made the first optimizations and proved something for peace of mind can provide care. Now Dripl can focus on the core business: bringing a sparkle back to the workplace while fighting for a better world.
